Jahaira Graciani (Jay) came into our lives about a year ago. To say that she made a huge impact would be an understatement. In less than a year she has been promoted to General Manager, has fired me (I literally have no job anymore), and is having record breaking months ALL WHILE fixing a mess that I created.
